In the ancient village of Isca sullo Ionio, just a short walk from the center and only 3 km from the beach, there is a charming holiday home with a stunning panoramic view of the sea, situated in a peaceful and natural setting. The house is arranged over two levels, has an independent entrance, and is located just 10 meters from the bus stop and 20 minutes from the urban centers. It is cozy and comfortable, with a mix of modernity, technology, and vintage elements and furnishings. The space The entire house, arranged on two levels, consists of master bedroom, two other small bedrooms and bathroom on the second floor. Kitchen and living room are located on the second floor. -The sleeping area is equipped with a double bed and two single beds in the two small rooms, equipped with quality pillows, clean linens, towels and complete bathroom kits. -A folding playpen for children or infants is present and available that can be placed anywhere. For added safety of children, it is possible to close the staircase with the appropriate gate. -A large closet, bedside tables, armchairs, and locker in the single rooms complete the living area. -The living area includes a large living room with a table and six chairs, TV corner with two recliners for maximum relaxation and, of course, panoramic views. -The kitchenette includes everything needed to prepare breakfasts, lunches and dinners, with plates, dishes, basic necessities, spices and traditional Calabrian products. -A coffee maker with pods, kettle, toaster, blender, pasta machine, cotton candy maker for children, as well as an outdoor barbecue are made available to guests. -The 'accommodation includes four balconies on both sides that promote natural ventilation and great brightness in addition to being equipped with all the comforts: wi-fi internet connection, flat-screen TV, TV in the rooms, air conditioning, station with computer, washing machine, game console, reading corner with books and more.. In the 'entire accommodation you can smoke only and exclusively in the living area. It is allowed to accommodate small animals such as dogs or cats. Guest access The entrance to the accommodation is facilitated by side parking right in front of the front door, thus facilitating the transport of luggage and personal effects. Guests will be welcomed personally by the owner or otherwise by a delegate, who will provide all the necessary information and useful advice for a peaceful stay. It is possible, however, that a self-check-in will be done with a safe deposit box ,depending on arrival times that may vary, where guests can conveniently pick up the key.
