We offer two separate bedrooms, a large living room with two comfortable sofa beds, and a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. A great place to stay for larger groups, as well as for those who value privacy and space. Guest access Guests have access to the apartment using a modern door handle with a code, which makes the check-in process simple and stress-free. There is no need to worry about traditional keys, as the access code will be shared with you shortly before check-in. Other things to note Welcome to our apartment! To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, please follow the rules below: Prohibition of Organizing Parties and Events: The apartment is for relaxation and stay only. Parties or events are strictly prohibited. Quiet Hours: Please be quiet between 10:00pm - 7:00am. Avoid loud music, television, or other noise during this time. No smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment, including the balcony. Violation of this rule may result in additional cleaning costs. No pets: Pets are not allowed in the apartment under any circumstances. No Use of Fire: For safety reasons, please do not use fire in the apartment. Respect for Neighbors: Please respect the residents of the building. Avoid noise and disturbance at all times. Maintain Order: Please leave the apartment as you found it. Throw away the trash in the appropriate bins and wash the used dishes. Report Damages: In the event of damage or malfunction in the apartment, please inform us immediately to avoid additional charges. Close the apartment: Always lock the doors and windows when you leave the apartment. guests The number of people staying in the apartment must not exceed the number stated in the reservation.
