The space Welcome to your luxurious downtown loft, a stunning retreat set within a historic 1892 building. This second-floor apartment has been completely renovated to blend its original character with modern comfort, featuring an open floor plan, gorgeous hardwood floors, and exposed brick walls. The heart of the home is the expansive living area, where you can relax by the fireplace or gather around the huge granite island. An expansive dining table seats eight, and the professional-grade gas range in the kitchen invites you to create culinary masterpieces. Sleeping arrangements: King Suite 1: A luxurious king bed with a memory foam mattress, an en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub and heated tile floors, and a charming Juliet balcony overlooking historic downtown Sheridan. King Suite 2: A second king bed with a memory foam mattress, an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and heated floors, and a spacious closet. Sleeping Alcove: A cozy loft space in the main room where kids will love pulling the velvet drapes to create their own private nook. Step out onto your private balcony to enjoy the best view over Main Street, or retreat to the back deck and enjoy a drink under the pergola. During the holidays, the loft is tastefully decorated, complete with a Christmas Tree and stockings hung by the chimney with care. Guest access Smart locks secure the street level front door and upstairs front door. A lock box secures the back door which you will use to access the parking lot. Everything you could want is walkable, including a gourmet grocery store and deli, a regular grocery store, library, Post Office, three breweries, lots of restaurants, cafes and unique shopping experiences. Stair Access: Please note that the loft is located on the second floor and is accessible only by stairs. There is no elevator. Downtown Location: As the loft is situated on a bustling main street, you may experience the lively sounds of downtown Sheridan, especially during evenings and local events. Security: For your safety and security, there are security cameras located on the exterior of the building monitoring the entrances.
