You get the best of all worlds because it is a very short walk to the beautiful white sand beach, Bay and all the restaurants, bars and nightlife that north Fort Myers Beach is famous for. You may access the entire house including the entire living area, laundry room, pool, and 3 lanais. There is one locked owners closet where we keep a few of our own things. It is a 5 minute walk to the beautiful white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. The house is a quarter mile or less to so many entertainment options that you won't need to drive anywhere. Some of our favorite restaurants are the Beached Whale, Mr. Tequila, Zushi Sushi, and Doc Fords. The Lana Kai offers live music day and night. Times Square, the hub of North Fort Myers Beach featuring restaurants, shops and nightlife is just a short walk away. So have fun and enjoy the excitement or relax in the tranquility of your own beach oasis. Its all up to you! 210 Miramar Street is a 30 minute drive from Southwest Florida International Airport. You can take a taxi to the house or rent a car. The Lee Tran bus service runs along Estero Boulevard, which goes the entire length of Estero Island, north into Fort Myers and south into Bonita Beach. But you may just want to walk once you get here! The house features a master bedroom with a king size bed and full bath, a second large bedroom with a king size bed and desk, and a third bedroom with bunk beds (single bed over a full-size bed) and a flat screen tv. The house has a large, beautiful eat in kitchen with premium stainless steel appliances. The living room features a large screen TV and a leather sectional sofa which is perfect for relaxing after a fun filled day at the beach and pool. There are three lanais, all with comfortable furniture. One lanai is off the living room, another is off the kitchen and leads down into the pool area. The third lanai is in the downstairs portion of the house just off the pool deck. It includes a refrigerator to store cold drinks while you enjoy the pool day and evening.
