Our strategic homestay located only 1.1km to Pasar Siti Khadijah and Pusat Bandar, 3.2km to KB Mall, walking distance for breakfast at Kopitiam Cemerlang and nearby restaurants, 1.3km to Hospital Raja Perempuan Zainab. You can also enjoy the Kota Bharu view as our homestay is in 23rd floor, second highest floor of D'Perdana. You can also enjoy swimming with your loved one at the pool provided with playground. We provide a calm and comfortable homestay with 1 bedroom(aircond, 1 queen bed, 4 pillow, wardrobe, ironboard and iron), 1 dining room( aircond, sofabed, tv), 1 kitchen(refrigerator, microwave, air fryer, electric stove, bread toaster, cutlery, heater, dining table), 1 prayer space(sejadah; you can enjoy the view also in this space as we provide side table and chairs) and 1 toilet(with water heater, 2 towels)
