The space The newly built house is spread over 4 floors, for a total of 450 square meters. It can accommodate up to 18 guests in the 9 bedrooms. On the ground floor we have a large living room, 100 square meters, covered with an elegant white marble floor, which makes the whole environment very bright thanks to the large windows that connect it to the outdoor terrace. The dining area, consisting of two large tables, is served by a professional kitchen, also equipped for the organization of small events. The upper floors are accessed via an elegant marble staircase or by means of an elevator. The first floor is entirely composed of bedrooms and dedicated bathrooms, two of which have a 90° view of the lake, through the large windows that characterize the entire villa. The perception will be that of waking up right in the middle of the lake. The central rooms are served by a spacious terrace. Continuing to the second floor, we find a cozy living room in which you can relax or find an area to dedicate to smart working. The floor is completed by two bedrooms with attached bathrooms. Both the living room and the rooms have their own dedicated terrace. Once on the third and last floor, we can enjoy an incredible view through the characteristic portholes. Here we can find a charming attic space in which to carry out your favorite activities. There is also a room equipped with a washer and dryer. Guest access Guests access the property via a square in which 3 parking spaces are reserved for them. The villa has direct access to the lake, which makes it easy to dock the boat.
