The space The newly built house is built over 4 floors totaling 450 square meters. Accommodates up to 18 guests in the 9 bedrooms present. On the ground floor we have a large living room, 100 square meters, covered with an elegant white marble floor, which makes all the environment very bright thanks to the large windows that connect it to the outdoor terrace. The dining area, consisting of two large tables, is served by a professional kitchen, also equipped for organizing small events. Upstairs is accessed via an elegant marble staircase or an elevator. The first floor consists entirely of dedicated bedrooms and bathrooms, two of which have 90 ° views of the lake with a view of the large windows that characterize the entire villa. The perception will be to wake up right in the middle of the lake. The central rooms are served by a spacious terrace. Continuing to the second floor, we find a cozy stay where you can relax or find an area to dedicate to smart working. They complete the two-bedroom floor with attached bathrooms. Both the living room and the rooms have their own dedicated terrace. Once you reach the third and last floor, we can enjoy an incredible view through the characteristic portholes.
