Located on top of Rumassala in a quiet, leafy neighbourhood, Agnus Unawatuna offers a peaceful escape away from the busy city. There is a roof top infinity pool & a kitchen with a chef who can make meals on request (which will be charged separately). All the rooms have en-suite bathroom, air conditioning as well as free WiFi in the lobby area. Guest access All the common areas can be accessed by guest. The pool will be open at 0600am and will closed by 08:30pm. The roof top will be open till 10:00pm. The kitchen access is only for our kitchen staff. Other things to note Breakfast is included with the room. You can choose either Continental breakfast or a Sri Lankan breakfast. Please note that the Checkin time is 2:00pm & the checkout time is 12:00noon. Pool will be open from 06:00am & will be closed by 08:30pm. Outside guest are not allowed.
