The spacious kitchen opens onto a terrace with breathtaking lake views, ideal for morning coffee or evening sunsets. Additional Spaces: Double garage with training equipment. Annex with a small apartment, including a double bed, office space, kitchenette, and a sleeping loft with a double mattress.
