Casa Aive: Jacuzzi and Relax

Casa Aive, "water" in the Norman language, is a small minimalist house of 35 square metres inside and 35 square metres outside. A corner of paradise just 200 metres from the sea in Casteldaccia, a small seaside village between Palermo and Cefalù. Its 3 main features are: proximity to the sea, proximity to the railway station, and the beautiful relaxing corner with the heated jacuzzi. The space Casa Aive is a 35-square-metre tiny house located inside a large 19th-century farmhouse. It has been wisely renovated by the architect Giuseppe Maria Genco, who wanted to emphasise materials such as wood, lime and microcement. It is divided into: - an outdoor area in front, overlooking the sea, with a table and a comfortable sofa where you can enjoy a nice aperitif or read a book. - an outdoor area at the back, with a heated jacuzzi, a shower surrounded by beautiful wisteria, an outdoor table for dining and 2 deckchairs. - living room with air conditioning, sofa bed, TV and a small bookshelf where you can find interesting books in various languages by Sicilian writers and various guides on Palermo and its surroundings. - small masonry kitchen lined with lime and complete with everything: fridge, microwave, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle. - double bedroom with air conditioning, TV and adjoining walk-in wardrobe with washing machine. And finally a small bathroom with toilet, bidet, washbasin and shower. Guest access Casa Aive is entirely for your exclusive use. Other things to note Casa Aive is inside a large 19th century farmhouse, renovated by architect Nicolò Chiavetta. You will have me and my family and the other guests of 'Villa Nico' as neighbours. You will have a parking space in the private car park. The bathroom is accessed from the bedroom. The farmhouse is next to the railway, at night no trains pass by, but during the day you may hear them. On arrival you will be asked for your documents, as per national regulations.
