With the apartment comes an underground parking space (Duplexparker) at no extra cost for you. The access to the staircase and elevator is only a few meters next to the parking space. The apartment is equipped with a Nuki system. Both the front door and the apartment door can be opened remotely. There is a keypad on the apartment door. After entering the code, the door opens automatically. You can test the Nuki system during check-in. If you don't like it, regular keys are stored upstairs in the apartment. You are flexible to use whichever you like better. Important: Please check in online via our digital guest journey before you arrive – this is also where you receive your door access. Alternatively, you can check in by video call. Other things to note The apartment has been freshly modernized and furnished with great attention to detail. Please be so kind and treat the inventory with care, especially the real wood parquet & the bright sofa. So hopefully many guests after you can enjoy it as well. If you should arrive in Chemnitz before 16:00, you are welcome to leave your luggage already in the apartment. The entrance to the underground garage is next to the passage to the backyard. Optional extras (subject to availability, bookable via our digital guest journey): early check-in from 1 pm or late check-out until 1 pm for €10 per hour, interim cleaning for €59, baby cot for €20 per stay. For stays of 28 nights or more, one interim cleaning per month is included.
