This luxurious house with direct lake view impresses with a modern look and has everything you need for an unforgettable stay. In just 2 minutes or 200 m, you are on foot at the water and can see the beautiful sunsets on the lake even more closely. NEW NEW NEW: We have 2 SUPs for rent (first come first serve) and picnic things to borrow. The space 3 spacious bedrooms (2 of them with direct lake view) were individually furnished with a lot of love for detail. The master bedroom has direct access to the bathroom. For cozy hours at the dining table, nothing is missing because the open kitchen is fully equipped from the dishes to the coffee maker, dishwasher and induction stove. A terrace in the front area with direct lake view or a covered balcony in the back of the house invite you to spend cozy hours outdoors. A large master bathroom with bathtub and walk-in shower complete the luxury in the house. The house also has enough space & retreat to feel comfortable even in a group of 6 people. 1 free parking space is also available for our guests in our underground garage. Additional parking spaces are available on request. NEW NEW NEW: We have 2 paddle boards for rent (first come first serve) and picnic things to borrow. Guest access The entire house is freely available to guests. From the underground car park you can directly enter your own house. You can access the living area via stairs. Other things to note We are slightly elevated on the street, which guarantees the magnificent lake view. However, you can only get into the house via steps and in the house itself there are steps to get from the sleeping area to the living area. There are also no handrails in the house. This is especially important for older guests, very young children or people with walking difficulties to know. The washing machine and dryer are in the basement (at the same level as the underground parking) and you do not hear them in the living or sleeping area. The house has a Minergie standard and therefore you always have fresh air in the house even with closed windows. These are triple glazed, which reduces street noise to a minimum. The dining table is large and can also be used for home office and of course we have fast Internet, Netflix, Apple TV and Chromecast as well as cable TV.
