Start or end your day with a unique dining experience at Thaden Fieldhouse, overlooking the lake and runway - or simply watch from your balcony! Other close attractions: biking trails, community center, downtown, Crystal Bridges and Momentary. Please be sure to review the house rules before booking. We also have a guidebook for ideas during your stay. Come make yourself at home here! The space Come enjoy a clean and comfortable experience here, at your new home away from home. We have really tried to combine the feeling of home with the type of luxury you would feel at a resort style hotel. You can expect small amenities throughout the unit such as games, books, cooking supplies, extra blankets and pillows. You will be able to enjoy Bentonville's Municipal Airport from the view of your balcony or Thaden Field and Osage Park just steps from your stay! Other things to note Additional notes for intended guests: - PETS: Please let us know if you plan on bringing your furry friends ahead of time so that we may plan accordingly. The management of the building has pet rules & regulations as follows: a two pet maximum, no cats, weight limits, breed restrictions and that any furry visitors of I Street Landing be fully vaccinated and up-to-date with their heart-worm medication(s) so that we may be sure we're keeping all residents’ pets safe. Please be willing to submit such documentation in advance. - Please take a look at the Welcome Guide we have prepared for you within the suite that provides further house rules and recommendations for local spots worth visiting. There is also an online local recommendations guidebook - linked through our Airbnb listing. - Please be sure to document any accidental mishaps you may have with our belongings during your stay and let us know before you check-out so that we may plan accordingly for our next guest(s). The suite is documented before and after each stay. If something is not reported we will flag the account and move through Airbnb directly.
