A unique and historic house, prepared with attention to every detail, just outside che city centre. The flat is on the ground floor and has a lovely little private patio that will make you feel at home away from home! Parking is free, there is wifi, Netflix, a fully equipped kitchen and everything you need for a perfect stay! You will be 11 min walk from Piazza Grande and only a few steps from all the best of Modenese cuisine! The space THE APARTMENT, on the ground floor and completely renovated, is part of a residential complex created from an old mill (now destryed) dating back to the early 19th century. The building is located in a residential area, just outside the centre. The ENTRANCE, independent and completely autonomous thanks to self check-in, opens onto a small, cozy private patio, perfect for a sunny lunch or to enjoy the evening coolness. The patio, through a French window, overlooks the LUNCH AREA, with table and a modern, fully equipped kitchen: pots, crockery, all major kitchen utensils, kettle with tea and herbal teas, Nespresso coffee machine with pods, microwave and dishwasher. Washing machine and tumble dryer are at your disposal for a comfortable and practical stay in every respect. The dining area leads to the LIVING ROOM, where you will find a comfortable sofa bed (160x180cm) and a 50' smart TV with Netflix subscription included that will allow you to relax with the best movies and TV series. Next to the living room, there is the spacious and comfortable DOUBLE BEDROOM, with a bed with memory foam mattress (160x190cm) and a large wardrobe at your complete disposal. Completes the house a modern designed BATHROOM. Although windowless and not exactly spacious and, it will have everything you need for your relaxing moment: hairdryer, set of 3 towels including shower towel, hand soap, shampoo and shower gel. The flat is heated and air-conditioned, so you can stay cool even on hot summer days. There is wifi which will satisfy your leisure and work needs. Parking, which is not reserved, is free inside the courtyard. Guest access - The house is located within an old complex, a sort of neighbourhood -at that time- with workshops, houses and storage rooms gathered around a central courtyard. Although the interiors have been, over the years, renovated, the original space conception has remained and, to reach the flat, you have to circumvent the central courtyard. Don't worry, it is a 50-metre walk, but we understand that the route may not be straightforward! To make it easier for you, we have put up signs with the words 'AL MULEIN Casa Vacanze' for you to follow. - Completely independent entrance thanks to self check-in. On the day of your arrival you will receive a message with precise instructions. - The entire house and all its contents are at your complete disposal. - Check-in from 16:00.
