Renovated farmhouse in the village of Vico del Gargano

Detached house in the historic center of one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, Vico del Gargano Bright and newly renovated, the ancient stones of the previous farmhouse have been preserved. Consisting of: - Large living room with sofa bed - Dining area with wooden table and chairs - Very large kitchen complete with all amenities - Double bedroom separate from the living room - Bathroom complete with glass shower and bright window overlooking the park. The space The living/dining area is very bright thanks to the three windows that guarantee strong sunlight during most of the day, while at the same time providing a wonderful view of the greenery of the Gargano National Park. The dining table with wooden chairs is comfortable and is located in the center of the living room. There is a 32-inch smart TV, to access Netflix, YouTube, etc. On the ceiling, the beautiful exposed beams give a refined and effective environment to the house. The kitchen is very large and complete with appliances such as an oven, a Bialetti coffee machine with pods offered by us, an induction cooktop, and a large refrigerator. Everything you need to cook is available (pots, cutlery, tablecloths, napkins, dish soap, etc.) A washing machine is also available. The bed, equipped with very comfortable pillows and mattress, guarantees optimal rest; on the sides there are two bedside tables with sockets and a spacious wardrobe. In addition to the sofa bed of a square and a half in the living room, there is an additional loft bed accessible with the ladder. The bathroom, with its optimal dimensions, enjoys the same ceiling with the beams that we find in the rest of the house. There is a fantastic glass shower with bright LED and access with a stone arch. There is a small window overlooking the Gargano National Park. In front of the entrance, a small private patio with a clothesline. The house has been designed and furnished specifically to offer a cozy and refined environment. Guest access The house is located within the historic center and can be accessed either on foot from Via Casale, or by parking on Via Stefanelli (outside) and taking a few stairs to arrive at the house in 2-3 minutes.
