Very modern villa with pool near Savognin, at quiet location, 30 min St. Moritz. Has a 5 meter high, large living space, which is directly with the 150 m2 terrace with solar heated (from about May to Sept.) Pool is connected, Temp. depending on the weather. Top equipped kitchen, induction and gas hob, oven, large fridge and freezer, 6 bedrooms (6 * 1.40, 1* 1.60, 1*0.90, a relaxation room, 2 bathrooms, a toilet and 1 garage. Outdoor area partly video-monitor. The space In the relaxation room there are several boxes that guests can use, as well as a lot of reading - Book library - Kids books - Playmobil, building - Racecourse - Horse farm - Tabletop Games - Puzzles -> Please always stocked in the frame. Guest access The guests will be able to access all areas. The cabinets/ areas marked privately cannot be used. Other things to note The following flat rates are included in the fees for other services: - Dust bag fees - Tourist taxes - Guest flat rate - Miscellanious Within 5-10 minutes by car there are more than 17 restaurants that are, as usual in villages, open until 6.30 pm, in high season over noon and sometimes open on Sundays. The private cabinets are marked, of course no one else lives in the house during a booking, the guests live exclusively.
