Apartment in Stuttgart with a view of nature

The 72 sqm apartment was completed in 2023. It is a modern non-smoking apartment with a beautiful garden view. The apartment has a living and dining area with are full equipped open kitchen. The guest toilet is in the hallway. The large bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed (160x200 cm). The other room has a dressing-, office area and a single bed (90x200 cm) for guest. The bathroom is large with a modern walk-in shower and a double sink. The space General information: The Casa building consists of a total of three apartments. However, each apartment has its own private entrance. IMPORTANT: The entire building is a non-smoking area. How does the key handover work? In person on the day you move in or by self-check-in. Are bed linen and towels provided? The beds are made on arrival day. Bed linen and towels are included. All beds and pillows have a mattress/pillow protector, which must always be left on, even when changing the bed linen. What equipment does the apartment have? The apartment leaves nothing to be desired and is very modernly furnished. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, glasses, pots, pans, refrigerator with freezer, stove, oven, kettle, Bosch Tassimo coffee machine, toaster and microwave.The apartment has its own small laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Laundry rack, iron and ironing board are available. If you do not have detergent, it is possible to obtain it from us for a fee per wash. Parking? Parking is free of charge on the neighboring street. Parking on our narrow street is not allowed, you risk receiving a fine. Parking on the property is only possible for a fee and subject to availability. Please let us know in advance if you wish to reserve a parking space. Cleaning the apartment on the day of departure? Tenants must leave all rooms swept clean on the day of departure. This means that the dishes must be washed and put back in their places. The kitchen should be left tidy (incl. oven, fridge and freezer). The kitchen strainer and the hair strainer in the bathroom should also be cleaned. All household waste bags (residual waste bag, yellow bag, ...) should be sealed and placed in the respective waste container outside the building (grey house). The apartment is suitable for commuters, ... who like to be in the countryside, but still want to live centrally. Guest access We are happy to welcome our guests personally or via self-check-in.
