Bedrooms and indoor spaces are non-smoking. Given the high risk of fire in hot weather, a smoking area has been set up specifically on the porch, with an adjoining ashtray. Parking inside the property. We do not accept pets (except guide dogs for the blind) because we have 4 cats (which do not enter the house). Access involves climbing the entrance staircase.
