The comfortable and spacious interior of the house consists of three bedrooms, where six people can be accommodated, a large living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and an office space. The accommodation has two double and two single beds. All three bedrooms have a wardrobe, bedside tables and a toilet. All the necessary amenities are offered, such as parking, electric stove, fridge, TV, iron, hairdryer, and wi-fi. The exterior has a large courtyard around with a vineyard pergola, and several spots to enjoy the sunset and romantic starry nights. Guest access The property is located northwest of Kefalonia in a quiet settlement called Nifio. It is newly renovated (2022), within a lush estate. The accommodation overlooks the mountain, and Agia Kyriaki bay. You can reach Kefalonia by air, and by ferry with two connecting lines, (from Kyllini to Poros) and (from Patras to Sami). It is 20 minutes away from Argostoli, the capital of the island, and from the town of Lixouri, where you will find unique beaches such as Xi, red sand beach and many other beaches. Just 10 minutes away you will find some of the most popular attractions of the island, such as the famous Myrtos beach, the picturesque Assos and the cosmopolitan Fiscardo (about 25 minutes). Within 15 minutes is Lake Melissani and the famous cave with Drogarati stalactites. Other things to note You can visit the wealth of enchanting beaches . Located about 15 minutes from the enchanting and famous beach of Myrtos, where you can enjoy your swim in the deep blue waters of the Ionian Sea. It is 8 minutes from the magnificent beach of Agia Kyriaki and Vouti with the numerous small bays, organized beach with beach bar sunbeds and umbrellas. From there you can rent a boat and discover the exotic beaches of Fteri, Ammidi and Blue Lagoon where they are not accessible by car.
