It's located 5 miles from Rehoboth Beach by car and 4.3 miles by bike/trail. Lewes Beach is 4 miles away. SeaRenity has unlimited free parking and is well equipped for shorter and longer stays. From SeaRenity you can expect, uniqueness, luxury, beauty and sophisticated simplicity. A therapeutic FEEL! It has 3 private bedrooms and a private den/sunroom that is equipped with a full size futon (considered the 4th sleeping room). It is offered only to guests that are aware that the Airbnb properties require an extra degree of care and tender interaction from the guests. SeaRenity is NOT offered to guests that travel for construction related work. SeaRenity is very well suited for a family vacation, a romantic honey moon, a short trip out of town, writing a book or working on a demanding project. We have a professional cleaning service that follows cleaning protocols compliant with Airbnb's COVID -19 safety practice. During your stay we are available 24/7 by text. We are committed to making your stay as wonderful and as memorable as possible. A reservation is a contract based on trust. Through our listing, star rating and reviews we aspire to win your trust. At a given time, SeaRenity is equipped with amenities according to the number of guests on the reservation and NOT according to its FULL capacity of 8 people. We trust that our guests DO NOT have guests that are not listed on the reservation. We monitor compliance through an outside camera. SeaRenity is located 5 miles from Rehoboth Beach by car and 4.3 miles by bike/trail. Lewes Beach is 4 miles away. Cape Henlopen State Park is located 6.6 miles away. In July and August the traffic is extremely heavy and it takes longer to get to any of the beaches. SeaRenity is located a short walking distance from Lefty's Alley & Eats. Lefty's has 4/5 stars on Tripadvisor and is a very interesting place for kids or for adults night out. SeaRenity is located just several minutes away, by car, from shopping and some of the best and authentic restaurants in the area, one of them being "Agave Mexican Grill and Tequila Bar". It's also located just 3 walking minutes away from the Cinema Art Theater, Tesla super chargers, Home Goods and other shopping. POOL RULES Hours are 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM Daily  The pool is self-regulated. No lifeguard is on duty. Persons using the pool do so at their own risk and accept full liability for any accidents. Please follow these rules for everyone’s benefit:  An adult must accompany swimmers under the age of 13.  No animals or glass objects are permitted in the pool area.  Babies should wear protective swim diapers in the pool.  Please use headphones when listening to music. Otherwise, music should be kept to a level as not to disturb others. Games that do not interfere with the enjoyment of others are permitted.  Please use the showers and bathroom facilities thoughtfully. The shower at the pool should not be used to remove sand. This will result in sand draining into the pool  Please use the trash receptacles and observe posted pool hours  All persons entering the pool area must do so through the gate  State law requires that everyone must shower before entering the pool  Smoking in the pool area is prohibited  No running, horseplay, profanity, loud music or other activity that interferes with the enjoyment of the pool facility by other guests will be permitted  Diving into the pool or onto any flotation device is prohibited  You must LEAVE the pool area immediately upon any sighting of LIGHTNING or at the first sound of Thunder Violations to these rules will result in fines and loss of pool privileges You can get around by car or by bike.
