Private boat dock for swimming and relaxation with chairs. House is complete with a screened in porch and large wrap around deck with tables and plenty of chairs for outdoor living. Guests can also bring their set-top box (Apple TV, ROKU, Amazon Fire, etc.)for streaming movies, shows and other sports.
