Newly built wellness vacation home with a view of the recreational boat harbor on the Ems River!<br><br>Great waterfront location with high-end amenities + sauna + hot tub + beach chair! 2 bedrooms on the first floor, another on the upper floor.<br><br>A tasteful, brand-new home in a maritime style!<br><br>A relaxing vacation in a wonderfully equipped vacation home!!<br><br>From the terrace, you can still catch a glimpse—albeit limited—of the harbor basin with its pleasure boats, as well as across to the Ems River, where you can see cargo ships and more.<br><br>Relax in the vacation home’s private wellness area: a Finnish sauna and a whirlpool for two await you!<br><br>The vacation home is very appealing in both its furnishings and its vacation atmosphere. From the loft in the living room, you have a fantastic view through the large skylight, offering a partial view of the harbor. <br><br>There are Internet-enabled TVs in the living room and in all three bedrooms.<br><br>The living area on the first floor includes the following rooms:<br>- spacious living-dining room with open kitchen<br>- wellness bathroom with Finnish sauna, whirlpool, and shower<br>- 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed<br>- the restroom is downstairs in the guest bathroom<br><br>Upstairs:<br>- 1 bedroom with a double bed<br>- 1 bathroom with shower and toilet<br>- Bench with a panoramic view through the loft window<br><br>Outside, you can relax in the sun or in the shade... especially in the beach chair or on the patio furniture.<br><br>You can park 2 to 3 cars right next to the house for free.<br><br>Across the street is the HafenCafe, where you can sit right by the water while enjoying a meal, an Aperol Spritz, or similar drinks, and relax while gazing out at the harbor basin and the Ems River. They offer a variety of dishes as well as coffee and cake. From around Easter through September, the HafenCafe is currently open on weekends.<br><br>There are several charming vacation homes around the harbor. This area, as well as the banks of the Ems, is perfect for walking and biking. The Ems Bike Path runs right past the house... there’s no regular traffic here; only residents are allowed in the park.<br><br>The two nearest supermarkets are located about 2 and 3 km away, respectively, both with bakeries on-site, in the town of Walchum. The nearest larger towns with big supermarkets, about 10 km away, are Dörpen, Haren, and Lathen.<br><br>There are PLENTY of places to visit in the area: Papenburg (the “Little Venice of the North”), the sophisticated town of Leer, a quick trip to the coast (only about 110 km), the Meyer Shipyard in Papenburg, various amusement parks, and numerous swimming lakes. It’s less than 10 km to the Netherlands. And for cyclists, this place is a true paradise!<br><br>Upon arrival, the beds will be made, and one large and one small towel will be provided for each booked guest. Two dish towels are also included in the linen package. Every vacation booking must include a linen package.<br><br>Group gatherings and parties are not permitted here!<br><br>You may bring one dog to this vacation home. You can include this in your booking during the reservation process; otherwise, there will be an additional charge later.<br><br>Optional services:<br>- Dog: 8.82 EUR per night
