Patrons can also indulge in a curated dining experience with delicacies made with flavorful ingredients by our professional Chefs. The space BEDROOMS - There are 5 bedrooms - 3 on the ground floor, 2 on the first floor with size of 24*14 feet. - All rooms offer king-sized beds, AC, Wi-Fi access, separate seating areas, attached bathrooms which comes with a private deck with sitting. - One baby cot is available on request. BATHROOMS - There are 7 bathrooms in the villa - 5 attached huge bathrooms, 2 common. - All attached bathrooms have separate dressing areas, wardrobe, towels, hair dryers and toiletries. - 2 bathroom with semi outdoor shower and 3 with shower with view. - 2 bathroom have bathtub. DRAWING AREA - The living room seats up to 16 people comfortably. - It offers TV & a home theatre. DINNING AREA - The dining table seats 12 people comfortably. - Separate bar area with seating of 10 guests to relax and lounge in with music system. - A pool table - Highchair is available for kids. OUTDOOR - There is an all-weather pool with Jacuzzi, 35x20 ft. in size and 4.5 ft. in depth. - Garden with gazebo sitting with mist near pool. - Huge swing overlooking pool and one in outdoor garden. - 2 well spread outdoor gardens. - There is fire sitting area, lily pond, spacious 250m walkway around the property - Spellbinding sunset terrace views with gazebo sitting with mist KITCHEN - Professional Chefs available to indulge in a curated dining experience. - Guests do not have access to the kitchen. - If guests wish to use the kitchen to make food for infants, they may do so with prior approval. - Crockery and cutlery are available for 20 guests. - Only vegetarian cooking permitted on-site, non-vegetarian can be ordered from outside. FOOD - We do have multi-cuisine chef’s on the property but we would request you to please pre-order your meal as we need time for fresh preparations so that you can have a nicely curated dining experience with prior intimation before 24 hours of check-in. - Guests may also choose to eat out. - Food will be served in dining area only, and not in other parts of villa. Food will be served till 11 PM only. The kitchen will close post 11 PM. - Please note that guests cannot bring their own cooks to prepare their own meals. ACTIVITIES - Pool table and other board games available. - Bicycle available for adults. - Toys and books available for kids. - Barbecue meals are available at an additional cost. - Guests can also take a peaceful walk on walkway embrace its beauty. - Guests can lounge in the terrace gazebo amidst picture-perfect sunset views. STAFF ACCOMMODATION - We can provide accommodation for your 2 staff. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - In case of a power outage, power backup is available in the villa. - WiFi, although it is subject to network availability at any given time. - There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas and the living room for security purposes. - The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property. - Since the villa is surrounded by forest and trees, there may be insects in the evening. - Please note that guests cannot hire or bring any outside vendor for any events at the property. HOUSE RULES - NO SMOKING inside the rooms. - No alcohol in the rooms. - Parking is to take place outside in the driveway. - No extra guests without prior intimation and approval. - Don't forget to turn off the lights and AC when you go out. SWIMMING POOL RULES - POOL OPENS at 7 A.M. AND CLOSES at 8 P.M. - Children below 14 years must be accompanied by an adult in swimwear. - Diving and Running is not permitted. - Persons under the influence of alcohol are not allowed to use the Pool. - All pool users must wear swimming costume. - Guests swim at their own risk and the Villa will not be responsible for any injuries while using the villa pool facilities. POLICIES - The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed. - The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. - Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa. - All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. - All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay. - Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement. - Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted. - Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted. - A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
