Located just an hour from Jolly Grant Airport, experience the perfect blend of luxury and nature. The space This pet-friendly luxury homestay has 2 bedrooms on each floor. The ground floor also comprises a kitchen and a patio overlooking the verdant landscape. Guests can access the upper floor through an exterior staircase. The 2nd bedroom has a private balcony which overlooks the beautiful landscape. Each bedroom has ensuite bathrooms for privacy and comfort. The lawn and patio are shared spaces on the estate. Guests can also book Woodpeckers Perch, a deluxe 2-bedroom cottage as per requirement. Guest access Guests have access to all shared spaces like the garden, the patio with a sitting area, the bonfire area and the parking area. Guests are strictly prohibited from crossing into neighbouring properties under any circumstances. We request our guests to respect the privacy and personal space of our neighbours. Other things to note The last patch of the approach road, approximately 1km, is a bit rough during rains and monsoons owing to the fact that it is a dirt and gravel road. Accessible by small and mid size cars easily still. Room amenities include a queen-sized bed, AC, fan, and a sit-out area. 2 cars can be parked onsite free of any additional charges. Villa amenities include shared spaces like the garden, a patio with a sitting area, a bonfire and a parking area. The villa also has amenities such as an inverter, along with AC and fans in all bedrooms. The exteriors of the home are under CCTV surveillance. Areas include Verandahs/Sit Outs, Lawns/Gardens, Parking, Estate Entrance, and Backyard/Storage Area. The villa does not have a WiFi connection. Due to its unique location, the mobile network is not stable. Meal arrangements: Guests have to pay a meal cover charge of INR 700 per person. Food can be ordered from the 'À la carte" menu on the website. Meal charges will be deducted from the cover charge paid at the time of checkout and the food bill will be adjusted accordingly. Paying the meal cover charge is mandatory while booking this homestay.
