You have three homes including, 8 bedrooms (7 beds 160×200, 7 beds 90×190), 3 kitchens, 3 bathrooms, 3 wc, each home has a comfortable living space, living room, dining room, outdoor with 10*5m swimming pool, 2.5ha of wooded land. Occupancy capacity 16 people MAXIMUM. 15 minutes from the Montélimar Sud exit, 45 minutes from the Ardèche gorges, 5 minutes from Grignan, Nyons, Vaison la romaine. The space MAXIMUM 16 people. Pleasant living area, great terrace that can accommodate a great table.
