The location of this property is well-loved due to it being situated on a canal (perfect for fishing!) and the short walk to the beach! The unit has a spacious layout and features a private screened in porch off the kitchen that overlooks the pool and canal. The kitchen is stocked with all standard appliances including a dishwasher. There is a washer and dryer in a separate laundry room off the side of the house that is shared with the upper unit. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach. We would like to note that there may still be construction occurring or construction materials near the property as a result of post Hurricane Ian renovations. Please consider Travel Insurance for unexpected situations preventing travel. Minimum age to rent is 25 years old. This property typically has a 7-night minimum. Multi-week rentals encouraged! One faces the front of the house which includes the driveway and one faces the backyard which includes the pool.
