Eifel Chalet with fantastic views

The chalet with a unique panoramic view from each floor is located directly on the edge of the forest and field in the beautiful Volcanic Eifel, near Lake Kronenburg. It is located on the edge of a small idyllic vacation home settlement. The house was completely renovated and newly designed with a lot of love. Surrounded by many hiking trails and beautiful nature, it offers the ideal starting point discovering the beauty of the Eifel with its numerous sights. The space The chalet is beautifully located on an approximately 600 square meter property directly on the edge of the forest and field. The first floor is characterized by an open and light-flooded living concept with panoramic views. Here is the living room with a cozy sofa corner, smart TV and a pellet stove which provides a source of heat for cozy warmth on cold days. A modern coffee bar with coffee maker and sound system invite you to linger. From the balcony you can enjoy a fantastic panoramic view of the Eifel landscape. Furthermore, you will find a bathroom with underfloor heating, shower, sink and toilet on this floor. An integrated washing machine and dryer are also available. A small staircase leads to the master bedroom and an adjoining bedroom separated by a door. The 1.60 m wide double bed in the main bedroom is right in front of the panoramic window, overlooking the Eifel. The second bedroom has a cozy single bed. Ideal for guests who want to sleep in separate rooms but close to each other. In the basement there is the cozy dining room with a large wooden table, pellet stove and great views of the adjacent forest. The modern kitchen offers every comfort, such as dishwasher, induction cooktop, hot air oven, fridge, coffee maker, etc. and is fully equipped. The second master bedroom with 1.60 m double bed, smart TV and another modern bathroom with toilet and shower are also located on this level. Shopping can be found within a five-minute drive (ALDI SÜD, EDEKA, REWE, LIDL, Rossmann as well as various bakeries). In the directly adjacent town of Stadtkyll there are numerous restaurants with indoor and outdoor gastronomy, ice cream cafes and other shops. The entire house and balcony have Wi-Fi with high-speed Internet flat rate (approx. 150-200 Mbit/sec.). The modern smart TV can play Netflix, Prime Video, SkyTicket, Disney+ etc. via guests' login. Please note that this is a place where relaxation and recreation are in the foreground, so bachelor parties or any kind of celebrations are absolutely prohibited. Due to the open design of the stairs and the garden, the accommodation is rather unsuitable for travelers with physical disabilities and with smaller children.
