Our 12-person earth house called 'GroepsGrondulow' has a group room for 25-30 people. In combination with any other Grondulows you can visit our farm with your entire group! The space During your stay you overnight in a special Grondulow, a kind of earth house. A unique place in the meadow between grazing cows. It's a real farm experience. You can help milking and feeding cows, enjoy your time with the tractor on the field, play with animals, gardening and survival across the farm. Every Grondulow (Earthhouse) has his own livingroom with a view on the grazing cows. If you stay in a 5-persons house you'll have 2 sleepingrooms, a private toilet and 1 bathroom with bath. If you stay in a 6-persons house you'll have 3 sleepingrooms, a private toilet and 1 bathroom with bath. If you stay in a 8-persons house you'll have 3 sleepingrooms, a private toilet and 2 bathrooms with bath. If you stay in a 12-persons house you'll have 6 sleepingrooms, 2 private toilets and 2 bathrooms with bath. You can find Koe in de Kost in a little village called Heeten. It has his own bakery, supermarket and other basic facilities. You will love this place because it's full of nature; it's nearby National Parc Sallandse Heuvelrug. And culture; less than 20km from historical cities like Deventer and Zwolle. Travelingtime from Heeten - Amsterdam is 1h20m. There's a lot of space inside and around the Grondulow. See also pictures! Guest access If you stay at our farm, you rent a complete earth house, called Grondulow with your own living room, kitchen, bedrooms, bathroom and two lovely outdoor terraces. A complete stay only and private for you (and your guests)! The farmyard is accessible to everyone and you are welcome to stroll around the farm or help out. And if you come with children, we dare to guarantee that they will enjoy themselves 100%! Cuddling with animals, playing outside, go-karting or playing with bad weather in the covered straw hut, there is plenty to do!
