On the banks of the Marne, our residence Les Sept Oiseaux stands as a haven of peace in the heart of the city center. L'HIRONDELLE (S+2) and LE ROSSIGNOL (S+1) are two semi-detached apartments in the residence. The property can accommodate 10 adults with: 3 bedrooms, 2 living rooms equipped with a sofa bed each, 2 bathrooms, two equipped kitchens and a balcony offering a great view of the Marne. You will be on the road to Champagne, 70 km from Paris and 35 km from Disneyland Paris. The space L'HIRONDELLE and LE ROSSIGNOL are the first two apartments of the residence (1st floor) Les Sept Oiseaux, located in the very center of Château-Thierry. This peaceful and family-friendly accommodation has been carefully renovated and recently furnished. For a total area of 90 m2, the two apartments are composed of: • Two large living rooms, each with open kitchen, dining room (10 people seated in total), living room, fireplace and desk. • Each kitchen is equipped with a stovetop, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and all the necessary dishes and utensils, • Each living room, a three-seater sofa, a convertible sofa bed for two, a connected TV, • Three bedrooms in total with double beds (160 x 200 cm) + baby bed, a large wardrobe with closet and new bedding, and a connected TV in one of the bedrooms, • Bathroom in each apartment with walk-in shower, towels, shampoo and shower gel provided, also including a washing machine. Located on the picturesque Champagne road (70 km from Reims), Château-Thierry offers a privileged gateway to the region's famous vineyards and cellars. The Saint-Crépin Church, the medieval remains of the castle and the American Cemetery Memorial are among the historical monuments you can visit. The city center also offers restaurants offering local and international cuisine with French, Italian, Indian, Cuban specialties within a ten-minute walk from the residence. If you are there on Saturday, you will have the opportunity to stroll along the colorful stalls of the weekly market. Nature lovers can enjoy and recharge their batteries with a multitude of possible hiking and cycling trails: along the Marne, in the Parc de la Patte d'Oie, or in the surrounding hills and other marked trails.
