Studio close to the sea - perfect for a relaxing getaway. Welcome to this studio ideally located just a few minutes from the sea. Enjoy a peaceful setting, perfect for relaxing as a couple, solo or with friends. You will particularly enjoy walks on the GR21 trail. Pets are allowed. The space The studio consists of a main room with a sofa bed, a kitchen equipped with the essentials for cooking during your stay: stove, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, dishes and utensils. Private shower room with sink and toilet. Bed linen and towels are provided, as well as some basic products (soap, toilet paper, dishwashing liquid). A washing machine is also available to guests. Located upstairs, the studio overlooks a quiet courtyard. Other things to note - The accommodation is non-smoking - No pets allowed - Please respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood, especially in the evening - The studio is ideal for 1 or 2 people - Self check-in possible with a key box - A welcome booklet is available.
