(Please confirm with us at least one day before you're coming) ※ Keep noise down after 9 pm and be respectful of our neighbour. ※ Attention, Strictly NO PARTY! All complaints would be reported to 24/7 on site manager. ※ Booking changes and other options The rebooking fee will be waived if the reservation is made to extend the check out date, given the length of stay is not shortened. - No changes are allowed if reservation has already started. - Check in date within 7 days, no changes are allowed. - 7 days before and within 14 days, A$100 service fee will be applied. - 14 days before check in and within 30 days, A$50 service fee will be applied - 30 days before check in, rebooking fee will be waived RULE OF CHANGE A RESERVATION (Covid- lockdown): The rebooking fee will be waived if the reservation is made to extend the check out date, given the length of stay is not shortened. - No changes are allowed if reservation has already started. - Check in date within 7 days, no changes are allowed. - 3 days before and within 14 days, A$100 service fee will be applied. - 14 days before check in and within 30 days, A$50 service fee will be applied - 30 days before check in, rebooking fee will be waived Note: Conditions for rebooking: 1) Rebooking will be subject to availability and a new daily rate.
