The space We restored this historic building, and you are going to love its cool vibe and ambiance! The loft entrance is at the rear of the property. We have a dedicated parking lot, and the loft entrance is up back wooden steps. Other things to note Our loft is located on the 2nd floor - only 26 steps up to the Live Like Local Loft! During the warmer weather, there are usually several live music events, so there is a potential for noise. However, there is a city ordinance that all music must end at 11 pm. This building is over 100 years old, and we have beautifully restored it. You will find lots of charm with a modern flair! We have preserved the original brick walls in the loft. We have very high cleaning standards, but you may find naturally occurring brick dust occasionally. In the loft, you will find exposed beams in the ceiling and lots of character throughout the loft.
