The space A year-round, heated house, ensuring a comfortable stay throughout the year, ideal for both summer holidays and winter snow trips. The living room is equipped with a modern Smart TV and access to free WiFi, providing entertainment and connectivity with the world. Fully equipped bathroom. A kitchenette with complete equipment for self-catering. Three comfortable rooms: one on the ground floor and two on the first floor, providing comfortable sleeping places for five people. A spacious terrace, perfect for outdoor dining. There is also a barbecue and a private spa on the terrace - a hot tub with hydromassage! Guest access The entire house and fenced property, hot tub - spa, barbecue and space in front of the house are for private use, while the beach, kayaks, boats, fire pit, sandpit, trampolines, swings for the youngest and washing machine are shared with my three other cottages.
