The space At the heart of a beautiful glacial circus in the Parc Naturel Régional des Pyrenees Catalanes, we welcome you in the apartment Les Myrtilles, renovated and equipped in January 2023. The apartment is located 200m from the ski slopes of the resort of Saint Pierre Dels Forçats. Featuring a private terrace with stunning views of nature, this home offers an entrance airlock with ski storage, a spacious bathroom with a 2 seater balneo bathtub, a comfortable bedroom with a queen-size bed and 75-inch (190cm) giant connected cinema screen TV, a bedroom with bunk beds. The kitchen is fully equipped, ideal if you want to cook during the holidays, the large TV and games will entertain young and old. The entry is independent and separate from the other listing. Connected heaters ensure optimal comfort, and free wifi is available. Sheets, towels, and tea towels are included, and beds will be made upon your arrival. Baby/toddler kit is available on request. However, please note that access to the listing can be difficult for people with limited mobility, and is below another listing. For activities, ski slopes, hiking and mountain biking trails, the craft brewery "brasserie du Mouli" and the restaurant "La Cabane du Cambre" are within walking distance from the accommodation. The surrounding area also offers a wealth of activities such as hot springs, bike paths, mountain lakes and much more. Available in the accommodation: children's and adults' books, board games, wooden games, drawing kit, sleds CAUTION: - The accommodation is difficult to access for people with mobility, access requires walking on a path of 20 meters on a slight slope before accessing the entrance. - This accommodation is an apartment that is located below another accommodation that we rent or we occupy, despite all the care that we have taken with the insulation (new floor and ceiling) it is still possible to hear noises when the top is occupied. - For profiles with little to no ratings, a deposit of €800per bank card via Swikly is requested - Cleaning must be done upon checkout, it is possible to reserve us the cleaning fee of €60 as an option if you wish. - The installation of the accommodation does not allow the charging of electric vehicles. House Rules: - Electric vehicle charging is not allowed. - For profiles with little to no ratings, a deposit of €800per bank card via Swikly will be requested. - The maximum capacity (baby included) is 5 people, an overoccupation of the accommodation will result in the immediate end of the rental agreement, without refund. - At your departure, the complete cleaning must be done and the garbage cans discarded. Check-in from 5pm and check-out until 11am. The accommodation is accessible by a small 30-meter pedestrian path. The entrance is private and the accommodation is a single level. It is located below another accommodation but the entrances are separate. There is no reserved parking space but it is possible to park easily at the entrance of the path. Other things to note Fiber connection has been completed. This property is located below another property that we also rent (not overlooked), so you may hear some noise if the upstairs unit is rented as well.
