Villa Abelia

Welcome to Villa Abelia, located in a quiet part of Pirovac, 2.5 km from the center of the town and the beach. The space In the ground floor residential building of 102 m2 of enclosed space there is a master bedroom with a large double bed with its own bathroom (bathtub, toilet, double sink and bidet). A baby cot is available if needed. In the second bedroom there are two beds that can be joined or separated if necessary. In the residential unit there is another large bathroom and a small toilet with a sink that is entered from the hallway, so that guests staying in the living room on an extra bed (sofa bed) measuring 180x200 cm can also use them. The bedrooms and living room are equipped with TV and air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi. There is also a covered terrace with a table and chairs. Guest access In the enclosed area of the courtyard there are two uncovered parking spaces, while from the living room there is access to an unheated outdoor pool measuring 8x4 m, 1.5 m deep. In the courtyard there is also a covered summer kitchen with a barbecue and a large table overlooking the pool. Along the pool there are sun loungers, a parasol and an outdoor shower.
