This charming, one-of-a-kind regional Hotel established in 1885 has undergone a restoration, room 35 has two large beds with ensuite overlooking the Yarra River . Dine and beverage downstairs, enjoy country hospitality whilst exploring the beauty of the Warburton village alongside the Yarra river, stroll the old railway line, O'Shannassy aqueduct or visit the magnificent Redwood forest, inhale that Alpine air ! 1.5 hrs from Melbourne CBD, a hidden gem of the Yarra Valley to be explored. The space Room 35 has two Australian made Cast iron beds, one King size and the second Queen size, the large window and ensuite overlooks the Yarra River and picturesque mountain views. The restored bathroom has locally made Warbotanical bodywash, shampoo and conditioner. This suite has A/C, heating, blockout curtains with Free Wifi access. It is recommended you book a table in the downstairs lounge where you will be warmed by the wood fire in winter or unwind in the beer garden on a glorious sunny day. Enjoy one of the renowned Parmas from an extensive Parmigiana menu or something a little more refined from the seasonal bistro menu coupled with a beer or locally sourced Yarra Valley glass of wine. We would like to share that we are not a 5 star hotel, the building is historical delivering a classic overnight pub experience, we ask all guests to be considerate with noise in the evenings.
