We welcome everyone to come.This is a two-story house, the owner lives on the second floor and rents the first floor bedroom for guests.The room is newly renovated in 2018 in a minimalist style. The house is located in Glen Waverley, a famous Chinese area in southeast Melbourne. Transportation is relatively convenient. It is a three-minute walk to the 742 bus that goes directly to the shopping mall and subway station. If needed, the owner can provide some extra services such as food and beverage, car transfer, shopping guide, etc. Please inquire for details. Welcome!
