Relax Ranch Apartment

Welcome to the Relax Ranch at the foot of Franconian Switzerland! Our farmhouse, which was built in 1872, is located in the middle of nature and is the starting point of many excursion destinations. We have aligned our holiday home to relax and unwind. Here you can read a book in a quiet corner, sunbathe or grill comfortably on the terrace. The space Our apartment has been lovingly renovated, is 130m² and has a total of 5 rooms in which you can enjoy your holiday. Our two bright and friendly bedrooms are each equipped with a large 180x200 cm double bed. Depending on your preference, you can use hard or medium-hard mattresses. In the hallway and in the bedrooms, you will also find a generous chest of drawers and a large closet as storage space for your luggage. The 35m² living room invites you to linger cozily, we have a large couch for beautiful TV evenings. For mobile work, they still have a screaming table at their disposal. Our daylight bathroom offers both a bathtub and a shower. In the new kitchen you will find everything you need for your stay, appliances such as microwave, toaster, kettle, waffle maker and coffee maker are ready for you. In addition, we offer a large dining room where up to 6 people can be accommodated. In the reading room next door, you can comfortably tuck into your book. Outside there is a terrace with furniture for 6 people and a barbecue. A parasol and seat pads are of course also available for you. Despite its rural location, there is a fast internet connection that you can use free of charge during your rental period. For this we have poor mobile phone reception, depending on the provider. Bed linen, tea towels & towels (per person 1x towel + 1x shower towel) are available. Parking for max. two cars is available on our property. Bicycles can be stored in the shed. We are here in a small hamlet belonging to the local community of Hiltpoltstein. Hiltpoltstein belongs to the district of Forchheim, the southernmost part of Franconian Switzerland. Nuremberg is only 35 minutes away by car and can be reached via the Bundesstraße 2, as well as via the A9. Here is the land of caves, castles, mills, valleys, baths, breweries, distilleries and beer gardens. The most beautiful bay. Geotopes are located here, the hiking center of Franconian Switzerland, right outside the door. Ideal for hiking, climbing and mountain biking! We have put together some tours and recommendations for you that are available in the apartment. We do not accept guests and workers from third parties. Please ask before booking. Other things to note Our farmhouse has different doorways on the ground floor, sometimes under 180 cm.
