Relax Ranch Apartment

Welcome to Relax Ranch at the foot of Franconian Switzerland! Our farmhouse, which was built in 1872, is surrounded by nature and is the starting point for many destinations. We have designed our vacation home for relaxation. Here you can read a book in a quiet corner, sunbathe or barbecue comfortably on the terrace. The space Our accommodation is about 130 m² and has a total of 6 rooms, kitchen and bathroom in which you can enjoy your stay. Our two large, bright and friendly bedrooms are each furnished with a large 180 x 200 cm double bed. There are two more single bedrooms with a 200 x 90 cm bed. In the hallway and bedrooms, you will also find Spacious dressers and a large closet as storage space for your luggage. The 35m² living room invites you to linger cozily, we have a large couch for beautiful TV evenings. There is still a screaming table at their disposal for work remotely. Furthermore, this room has an additional single bed. Our daylight bathroom offers both a bathtub and a shower. In our well-equipped kitchen you will find everything you need for your stay, appliances such as microwave, toaster, kettle, waffle iron and coffee machine are available for you. In addition, we offer a large dining room that can accommodate up to 6 people. In the outdoor area there is a terrace with furniture for 6 people and a barbecue. An umbrella and seat pads are of course also available for you. Despite the rural location, there is a fast internet, which you can use free of charge during your rental period. For this, we have poor mobile reception, depending on the provider. Bed linen, tea towels & towels (per person 1x towel + 1x shower towel) are provided. Parking for max. two cars is available on our property. We are here in a small hamlet that belongs to the local community of Hiltpoltstein. Hiltpoltstein belongs to the district of Forchheim, the southernmost part of Franconian Switzerland. Nuremberg is only 35 minutes away by car and can be reached via federal road 2, as well as via the A9. Here is the land of caves, castles, mills, valleys, baths, breweries, distilleries and beer gardens. The most beautiful bay. Geotopes are located here, the hiking center of Franconian Switzerland, right outside the door. Great for hiking, climbing and mountain biking! We have compiled some tours and recommendations for you that are available in the apartment. We do not host guests and third party workers. Please ask before booking. Other things to note Our farmhouse has different doorways on the ground floor, some under 180 cm.
