The apartment, with parking, is located in the heart of the allées d'Etigny, in a privileged location, less than 2 min walk from the cable cars and less than 3 min walk from the thermal baths. It can accommodate up to 4 persons. At the foot of the building (see photos) many cafes / restaurants and their sunny and lively terraces, quality bakeries, and various shops. Everything is within walking distance, you just have to indulge in the pleasure during your stay. Guest access The apartment has easy access private parking, one-way street (at the back of the building), see photo. Once parked, you will appreciate the ease of access to the residence. The residence is accessible by a code which will be indicated. Other things to note - A private parking space 5 meters from the residence is available, at no additional cost; - Soap and shower gel / shampoo are available in containers hung on site; - Household linen (Sheet, fitted sheet, duvet, shower room linen is included in the rental, no additional cost; - Cleaning is included, no additional costs, however, the following actions must be carried out by the tenants, at the end of the stay: - Clean and empty the refrigerator; - Empty and dispose of all garbage cans in the dedicated space outside, at the back of the residence; - Do the dishes and/or empty the dishwasher and put the kitchen utensils in the cupboards; - Close the windows. Finally, a private ski cabinet is available in the residence.
