This custom home is beautifully and simply decorated with modern wine country elegance in mind. As you walk into the home, the entryway opens into an airy common area with a cozy living room, featuring a TV, built-in speakers, and a gas fireplace. Guests will get to enjoy Direct TV services loaded with all the popular channels. The great open-concept kitchen, dining area, and sitting room make the main level a great place for everyone to gather. Brier Maison boasts a fully-equipped kitchen with brand-new appliances and plenty of space for cooking. With the center kitchen island and bar, you can make cooking a group affair. You'll find everything you need to prepare a fabulous meal in your home away from home. The bar seat two and a large dining table has seating for six. Off the dining room are the large covered deck with high-quality patio seating and a BBQ grill perfect for enjoying your meal alfresco all year around. The main-level master suite features a king bed, fabulous luxurious bedding, and a flat-screen TV. In the en-suite bathroom, you'll find a deep soaking tub, double sink vanity, large standing shower, and huge walk-in closet. Down the hall, you will find a half bath and a spacious office with a brand-new Murphy bed at your disposal. The laundry room is also conveniently located on the main level. Venturing down the stairs, you will find a second spacious living room with a couch and loveseat that also features a new hide-a-bed. Enjoy separate spaces for family members to hang out. A large flat-screen TV with DirecTV, games, and access to the backyard are additional bonuses. The lower level offers two additional queen bedrooms equal in size with brand-new beds and luxurious bedding. One large guest bathroom is also located on the lower level. Our home is carefully maintained for comfort, safety, and appropriate occupancy. Please ensure your reservation reflects the correct number of guests at the time of booking. A fee of $50 per additional guest per night will apply for any guests beyond the number originally booked. While Airbnb may not automatically include infants in guest counts, our house rules do require them to be included. • Mid-Stay Cleaning For reservations of 10 nights or more, a mid-stay cleaning is required. An additional cleaning will be scheduled for every 10 nights thereafter. Guests are responsible for these cleanings, which are due 30 days prior to arrival and billed after booking confirmation.
