Escape to our quiet, cozy cabin in the scenic North GA Mountains. Take advantage of the peace & quiet with everything you'll need provided, or explore all the nearby activities from tubing, gem mining, to the highest point in Georgia at Brasstown Bald. Picnic at the State Park, visit the wineries at Paradise Hills & Crane Creek Vineyards, dine at our local restaurants, or grill back at the cabin. Minutes from downtown Blairsville, close to Blue Ridge, & beautiful Helen GA. The space We have ALL brand new appliances and aim to provide a comfortable, quiet getaway for our guests to relax with ZERO worries and everything they need this home away from home. This comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bath welcomes you with a spacious front porch, perfect for relaxing with your morning coffee on the swing and for grilling out in the evenings. Through the front door is the living room, with a warm fireplace, large screen TV, a recliner and couch. The kitchen and dining area are open and fully equipped with everything you should need, including all BRAND NEW appliances from the stove to the refrigerator. Just past the kitchen is the laundry room with a brand new washer and dryer, and a door leading to a small back porch with a table and chairs for a more private and serine spot to enjoy the outdoors. On one end of the cabin is the Master bedroom that has a wall mounted TV, Split-King Sleep Number bed and a large bathroom with a beautiful custom shower. The second bedroom is on the other end of the cabin giving guests a separate retreat space with its own TV, a Queen size Beauty Rest, a closet for storing luggage, and a hallway bathroom with a small tub/shower combo. The property has a large yard and there is lots of room for games or just relaxing and enjoying the open space. Guest access There is a short drive on a gravel road up to our parking area which is flat and has ample space for your vehicles. Unfortunately, we had to remove the bar-b-q grill as part of the listing. Over time, it has caused more harm than good with the cleaning company...If you desire to use the grill, please contact the owner via the AIRBNB messenger for instructions. There will be a slight charge for the propane and you will have to clean it as the cleaning service will not any longer. Thank you. Other things to note The Grill/Griddle on the front porch is available for our guests to use throughout their stay with an additional $20 cleaning/maintenance fee. There is an RV hookup available as well - please reach out if you are interested in using it. We do NOT allow pets on the property, please leave your furry friends at home while enjoying the cabin. Fees will apply. The owner is highly allergic to smoke, so we ask that there is no smoking at all on the porch or near the cabin. It is okay to smoke out in the yard but please keep a distance from the cabin. If we have any reason to believe there was smoking on the property, a $500 fee will be passed to you. This is the cost of paying a company to come out and make the home safe for the owner again. Please note that commercial photography or any form of staged photography is strictly prohibited. Damage, theft, or excess abuse of this unit will also carry their respective; replacement, refurbishment and/or cleaning fees. We appreciate your cooperation and respect of these policies.
