The space Hi, I'm Erika and I'd be happy to host you …………………………. My "Corner" is a completely independent house for exclusive use, with a comfortable and large terrace, courtyard and garden. In short, a corner of peace and quiet in complete privacy. The house is located in a city setting very close to all services, which can also be reached on foot, but is still surrounded by greenery and with a beautiful view of the Bellone Park (Piazzo). We are surrounded by playgrounds, where you can jog or walk with your four-legged friend. The house is two minutes from the village of Piazzo, a historic area of Biella with beautiful architecture that remains unchanged over the centuries, where you can find history (there is also the house of Amadeo Avogadro di Quaregna (chemical-physical), typical wineries and restaurants. Piazzo was also home to numerous movies, so don't miss it! The house is a 5-minute walk from the town center (famous for the laniere industries (Zegna, Cerruti, Piacenza, Fila, Liabel, etc.) and for having given birth to the Vespa: it was born here! A plaque of impersonal memory) as well as numerous cultural attractions, such as the Museum of Art of the Pistoletto Foundation. We are a 5-minute drive from the beautiful village of Ricetto di Candelo, a place to visit due to its uniqueness and preservation, dating back to 1200. A stone's throw away you can find the Burcina Park hill, which is famous for its spring bloom, but not to mention the autumn foliage that calls out lovers and photographers from abroad. Another charming (bikeable) park is located in the town "il Gorgomoro", about 15 minutes from the house: it also has a waterfall from which the brave dip in the natural pool below. 15 minutes away you will find spectacular villages, the granite Piedicavallo and its Alpine lake of the Old Town, Rosazza known as the capital of spirit and masonry (also the location of some movies), the beautiful Sordevolo, which is also home to the famous representation of the Passion of Christ …but the villages are too many and unique to be listed. Also worth a suggestion is the Bessa, a huge natural park about 15 minutes away by car, where you can explore the lush mystery of the "Massi erratic of the Bessa", the cave engravings, or venture among the chestnut trails where you can still find the Roman washing and gold extraction facilities: yes , there is gold here, and there are still numerous gold hunters in the area. Also 15 minutes away you can visit the famous Santuario di Oropa (with the Black Madonna) and the magical Monastery of Bose (I invite you to ask), places that also attract visitors from abroad. At about 20 minutes you can find: Bielmonte with the enchanting panoramic Zegna (destination of motorcyclists also from the nearby regions) which here also hosts the ski slopes and snowboard (very appreciated for children because under 2000 meters); Viverone with its lake and the possibility of walking, fishing or making aperitifs by boat. I am a motorbike and can recommend several routes if you are interested. Don't forget that Biella also has an ancient culinary tradition, with numerous typical dishes, as well as the birthplace of the Menabrea Beer and numerous local microbreweries that form a gastronomic excellence. Don't forget to try the many local cured meats and cheeses, such as the famous Toma. I can recommend typical restaurants. About 50 km away you can find Lake d 'Orta (with the beautiful Orta San Giulio) and Lake Maggiore (which certainly does not need any introduction. The corner of Erika is equidistant between Turin and Milan (about 80/85 km) so also in an ideal location to visit other important realities. Whatever the reason it takes you to Biella, you are welcome to come. Other things to note The accommodation has an internet connection. Registration Details IT096004C2OVU2VFXJ
