Welcome to our Little Peace of Paradise located in a small condo community on Holiday Isle in Destin, Florida. Top-floor, corner unit, lots of windows, great views. Perfect location for a romantic couples get-away, girls or guys trip, staycation, or business travelers. Public and private beach access within walking distance, and a water taxi (during summer month) to take you to Destin's hottest spots. Easy access to all the hot spots like Crab Island, Destin Harbor Walk, and deep sea fishing. The space Enjoy the comfortable living space in the family room with lots of windows and great views, a glass of wine at sunset on the balcony, cooking your own meals in the fully equipped kitchen, dining at the dining table, and relaxing on the sofa while watching a movie. The condo easily sleeps four and is equipped with a queen size bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the family room. The beach is a short walk and for your convenience, you will find a beach cart, cooler, two beach chairs and two beach towels in the bedroom closet. If you want to get a little exercise, you can take stroll to the local coffee shop, local market, yoga studio, and restaurants located just a mile away. For the more adventurous, take the Water Taxis to the main land for shopping, restaurants and local nightlife. Guest access Guest have access to entire condo. Private, keyless entry. Parking available. Other things to note Beach access is about a beautiful, easy 10-minute walk. The private beach access requires a key card, which we provide to our guests. Parking is available for the public beach access, but there is no parking available for the private beach. We provide two chairs, a beach umbrella, a small cooler, beach towels, and to make your walk to the beach more convenient and enjoyable, we provide a beach cart to carry all of your beach necessities.
