The refrigerator must be emptied of any food leftovers. Otherwise, a penalty of €25 will apply. 3. **Waste Disposal** Waste must be disposed of during your stay. In the evening, it can be thrown out in the park where the bins are. A penalty of €15 will be applied for waste disposal as in the morning it is forbidden to throw waste on the street and therefore our cleaning company will not be able to dispose of it 4. **Loss of Keys** The loss of the keys entails a cost of €350 for the replacement of the lock, to be paid by the guest. If the keys are left inside, a locksmith will be required at a cost of €140, also charged to the guest. 5. **Access and Security** The loft is on the ground floor inside a private condominium with 24/7 surveillance. Documents will be required upon arrival for registration. 6. **Rules of Conduct and No Smoking** No smoking inside the loft; there are smoke detectors. Guests who violate this rule will be subject to a fine of €250, as all rooms will need to be completely sanitized, especially the sofa and mattress, which absorb smoke.
