Our hotel is located in a new apartment building that has been put into use in 2022 and 2023. The GLAM 52 apartment is the perfect place for two. There is furniture with a touch of Viennese braid, romantic lighting and our hallmark – natural stone with amber reflections. Each of our apartments is characterized by individualism, privacy, nobility of materials used for interior finishing and uniqueness. All apartments have their own private relaxation and rest area equipped with an exclusive JACUZZI bathtub. In addition, all apartments are equipped with a set of fresh towels, soft bathrobes, cosmetics, hair dryer, iron, slippers, safe, coffee maker, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower. Our guests can also enjoy board games and interesting books that will not let them get bored! At the ZATOR Aparthotel, we use top-class materials and equipment to make our guests feel special. In the bedroom area, we used Spanish mattresses with 13 relaxation zones, the highest quality bedding made of duck down, which is hypoallergenic. Our apartments are allergy-friendly. Each apartment has a private parking space and the apartment building has an elevator. There are numerous shops, a pharmacy, McDonald's, a gas station, a florist, a confectionery, an ice cream shop, a bakery, a brewery and restaurants in the area. The ENERGYLANDIA Amusement Park is 4 minutes by car from the Aparthotel ZATOR (1.5 km). You can also walk to the Amusement Park on a safe sidewalk (about 15 minutes on foot). We strictly do not accept children or individuals under the age of 18, including teenagers. This also applies to stays with an adult, regardless of the age of the minor. IMPORTANT INFORMATION AFTER MAKING A RESERVATION Thank you for making your reservation. Below, you will find the most important and useful information regarding check-in and your stay at Aparthotel ZATOR. CHECK-IN AND ACCESS TO THE APARTMENT The access codes for the apartment will be sent automatically on the day of arrival, along with detailed check-in instructions and the number of the assigned parking space. Check-in is possible from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. Access codes are active from 3:01 p.m. – no earlier. If you arrive before 3:00 p.m., the access code will not yet be active, and the door to the apartment will remain locked. In this situation, the alarm in the door handle may also be triggered. Don't worry – this is the system's normal response to an attempt to enter before the start of the check-in time. Please vacate the Apartment and check out by 10:00 am on the day of your departure, and take all your personal belongings with you. Aparthotel ZATOR does not have a reception desk – check-in and check-out are self-service. LUGGAGE Aparthotel ZATOR does not have a luggage storage facility. It is not possible to leave luggage before check-in or after check-out. An alternative option is to use the lockers at Energylandia Amusement Park, which are available for an additional fee. PARKING Each Apartment has one dedicated parking space – either above or below ground. You will receive the parking space number and all necessary parking information on the day of your arrival. Please use only the designated parking space. Each parking space is assigned to a specific Apartment. PROPERTY RULES AND REGULATIONS The Property Rules are available in each Apartment. Please read them before the start of your stay. The Rules are available in Polish and English. By making a reservation, you accept the Property Rules and Regulations and agree to comply with them. The Regulations are also available online: www. aparthotel-zator. pl/regulamin/ www. aparthotel-zator. pl/en/regulations/ OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS Each apartment also contains operating instructions for the JACUZZI bathtub, as well as for the audio-visual and household appliances. The instructions are available in Polish and English. PETS Pets (including small dogs/cats/others) are not allowed on the premises of Aparthotel ZATOR. SURVEILLANCE For safety reasons, the entrance to the Apartment is under video surveillance. QUIET HOURS Quiet hours are between 10:00pm - 7:00am. After 10:00 p.m., please do not turn on the JACUZZI tub jets so as not to disturb the peace of other guests. PROHIBITION OF SMOKING AND USE OF SUBSTANCES Smoking tobacco and e-cigarettes, smoking marijuana and using drugs are strictly prohibited inside the Apartments. The designated smoking area is the balcony. There is an ashtray on the balcony. MEALS Aparthotel ZATOR does not offer meals or catering services. However, the apartments are fully equipped, allowing you to prepare your own meals. BREAKDOWNS AND EMERGENCIES In the event of a sudden malfunction of the JACUZZI tub, in particular: * leaks, * water spilling into the Apartment, * drainage problems, * control panel malfunction, * or other unforeseen situations, please call Guest Services immediately, 24 hours a day, at the number provided in the booking. We do not reply to text messages. Telephone contact allows us to respond immediately, verify the situation and – if necessary – take appropriate action. EXTENDING YOUR STAY If you wish to extend your stay, please submit your request to the Reception Desk no later than 7:00 p.m. on the day before your departure. Additional charges may apply for extending your stay. We also reserve the right to refuse to extend a stay, particularly if the Apartment is not available. BICYCLES AND SCOOTERS Please do not bring bicycles or scooters into the Apartments. There are no charging facilities for electric bicycles or scooters on the property. WHAT CAN YOU FIND NEARBY?
