We are 3 minutes off Highway 460 and located approximately 15-20 minutes between Appomattox and Farmville. We are 15-20 minutes from Longwood University and Hampden-Sydney College. We are 40 minutes from Liberty University and Lynchburg College. This quiet retreat is available for weekend and weekly rentals. The space This Home features 3 bedroom/2 Bath, Master bedroom/bath with Queen and jetted tub, and TV. Bedroom #2 with Full, Bedroom #3 with Full and Twin, hall bathroom. Nice size kitchen equipped for cooking meals with dining area which includes additional seating at bar, living area with table for games or puzzles. Relax on the front porch swing and rockers or the large back deck with a dining set with available cushions and umbrella. Guests can enjoy a stocked coffee/tea, snack bar. Linens provided. WiFi available. Direct TV/Smart TV in living area and master bedroom , Propane Gas Grill in garage, gravel driveway with several parking areas. *Grill- please pull grill out of garage to cook your meals and wash grilling utensils and place back in grill bag. We are close to the High Bridge Trail for a walk or bike ride, visit historical Appomattox, Lynchburg, downtown Farmville-Main Street shopping for Antiques, Amish furniture or stop at a Cafe for ice cream Sleeps 7 people One Closet is locked for owner’s storage The basement is locked for owner’s storage Guest access The main Floor only. One door is locked for cleaning crew and basement is for the owners. Other things to note Our home is on a Septic Tank Waste Water System NOT COUNTY! This means NO FLUSHING of PERSONAL HYGIENE ITEMS (Sanity Items) or DISPOSABLE WIPES ( Baby or other). This would clog up the toilets and you would be responsible for any plumbing issues with an additional $200 charge. Flush only toilet paper! When Grill is used, clean for the next guest.
