Breakfast with greenery outside the windows, relaxed time outdoors and no need to rush: Cabin Amber is a warm, contemporary holiday home for four guests. Large windows, two comfortable bedrooms, underfloor heating and its own garden make it inviting year-round. Add the hot tub and sauna for €60 per night, up to €240 per stay. A lovely base for couples, friends and small families, in a leafy holiday park near Rheezerbos forest. The space Cabin Amber is a warm, contemporary holiday home for up to four guests. Light wood flooring, soft natural tones and large windows keep the greenery in view. Underfloor heating throughout the house, including the bathroom, makes Amber comfortable in every season. The living room has a comfortable sofa, Smart TV with Netflix and a spacious dining table. 🛏️ Sleeping The main bedroom has a 180 × 200 cm king-size box-spring bed. The compact second bedroom has two 90 × 200 cm single box-spring beds. Beds are made on arrival and both rooms have blackout blinds. 🚿 Bathroom The modern bathroom has a rain shower, large vanity and hairdryer. The toilet is separate. Each guest receives a towel and a large bath towel. We recommend bringing a bathrobe and slippers for the wellness facilities. 🍽️ Kitchen The kitchen includes a combination oven/microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine with milk frother, kettle and basic cooking utensils. Kitchen linen is provided. 🌿 Garden and terrace Large sliding doors lead to the terrace and your own sheltered garden, with several places to sit outside. Amber is in a leafy holiday park. Other holiday homes are nearby, while greenery remains part of the view around the house. ♨️ Hot tub and sauna | optional For €60 per night, add the hot tub and sauna for private use, always for the entire stay. Firewood, kindling, clean water in the hot tub on arrival and sauna infusion oil are included. You can add the package after booking. Lighting the fire and waiting for everything to warm up is part of the experience. Guest access 🔑 Your own place During your stay, your group has exclusive use of the entire house, terrace and garden. 🏊 Holiday park and campsite facilities Amber is located in a leafy holiday park near Rheezerbos forest. Capfun Het Stoetenslagh campsite is directly next to the park. During the campsite season, guests can use various facilities, including the swimming lake, play areas, food outlets and activities. The campsite may charge a fee for some swimming facilities. Opening hours, availability and conditions are set by the campsite. 🌲 Exploring the area Amber is a convenient base for discovering Rheezerbos forest and the Overijssel Vechtdal on foot or by bike. Shops, cafés and restaurants can be found in Hardenberg, Dedemsvaart and Ommen. Slagharen theme park and Wildlands Adventure Zoo Emmen are good options for a day trip. Other things to note ℹ️ Good to know • Amber accommodates a maximum of four registered guests. • Pets are not allowed. • Parties, events and additional visitors without permission are not allowed. • No smoking, vaping or drug use. • Quiet hours in the park are from 22:00 to 08:00. • Fireworks and open fires in the garden are not allowed. • Table grills, fondue, deep-frying and air fryers are not allowed inside the house. Check-in and check-out Check-in is available from 15:00. Check-out is by 11:00. Safe use of the hot tub and sauna Please read the instructions in the digital Guest Guide and the information folder in Amber before use. Use suitable, dry firewood only. Collecting wood or burning other materials is not allowed. Children may use the wellness facilities only under constant adult supervision. Use of the hot tub and sauna is at your own risk.
