The Cozy Bungalow Perfect for a family of 4

Comfortable and cozy, Very open space with distinct bedroom, living room, full kitchen and dining area. With very large front porch for relaxing. Nice sized closet and there is a washer and dryer closet as well. Newly remodeled. This property is totally wheelchair accessible. The space We do have a common area that includes a outdoor grill and picnic table, and a fire pit with seating area that is right next to a pond with waterfall. Very serene environment. We are also very close to regional park that has a dog park, walking, jogging, and biking trails, and a large playground for the kiddos, a small lake that allows fishing for the outdoorsman, and covered spaces for rent that have outdoor grills Guest access There are two common areas. One is by the parking lot just to the side of the two story and has a picnic table, grill, fire pit, and seating area.
