KLIPSAN BEACH SUITE Our oceanfront/ ocean view suite is just right for your beach getaway. Short walk on our trail and you're on the sand! Queen bed, large shower, efficiency kitchen space (microwave, coffee maker and small refrigerator) HDMI TV, WIFI, private location with on-site parking. Price is 2 people. Sofa/sleeper available for extra fee NOTE: Sofa/sleeper measures 48X74 when folded down - smaller than a DBL bed. Bring a sleeping bag or use our sheets and blankets. Sorry, no pets The space This room (or suite) is divided into 2 areas and features its own private entrance. Once inside, you'll find a living room and a sleeping room (Oh, and of course, a bathroom!) The convenience food prep area sports a custom made countertop setup with a dorm fridge, Keurig and a microwave. There are dishes, cups, and flatware. We supply the coffee pods and various condiments along with shower towels, shampoo and body wash. Enjoy a full, unobstructed view of the Klipsan Beach approach along with a big blue ocean. A direct neighborhood trail to the beach is located right off the driveway and is well-marked. The beach is only about a football field away. We have a couple of lightweight folding chairs in tote bags available- just let us know! Park your car, walk through the open gate and step into your peaceful get-away at the beach! ~Jo & Peter Pimentel Guest access We're located at the very end of 227th Lane (a very sleepy, graveled private 10 mph road) and our driveway forks off to the left. You'll enjoy access to your own parking space, the suite and the beach trail. The parking area is well lit at night and is only steps away from your room. The beach access trail is marked with another arrow and can be seen from your door and entry deck. At the top of the dune where the trail dumps onto the beach, is our eagle's perch; remember that as a marker. It's very helpful when coming back from the beach and knowing where your trail is! You'll see many of those perches along the dunes and many will quite often be hosting an eagle or two!
