Our apartment is located in a hamlet, in the Vésubie valley, about twenty minutes from the village of Utelle. Between sea and mountain, you will appreciate the calm and tranquility of our accommodation, while enjoying many activities nearby, summer and winter. The Via Ferrata, the largest zipline in France, tree climbing, canyoning, skiing, thermal spa, Vesúbia Mountain Park... The space Apartment with independent entrance located on the bottom of our house. On the 1 st level you will find a bedroom with a 140 × 200 double bed with storage. On the second level, a living room with sofa bed, flat screen TV, a large dining room table, fitted and equipped kitchen and shower room. You will also enjoy the private terrace with dining area and awning with panoramic views of the mountains Guest access A parking space under a carport is reserved within the grounds of our property. If you come by bike, you have the option to park them on the small terrace of the entrance of the apartment which is closed by a gate. Other things to note Linens and bath towels are provided. Coffee and sugar for your first breakfast. A travel crib with changing table is also available. Several restaurants are available about ten minutes away, a Carrefour Market and a 24-hour gas station 15 minutes away.
