"Hefentrager" vacation home

I am delighted to welcome you as a guest. The house is located on a hill with beautiful panoramic views of the Koralpe and offers about 140 m² of living space and about 500 m² of garden space. Surrounded by nature, it is the ideal place to relax, walk and hike and start a bike tour. There are towns/cities with shopping and gastronomy, as well as many destinations in the immediate vicinity. Graz Thalerhof Airport is about 20 km away. The space The cottage is about 140 m². On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and refrigerator, coffee machine (Tschibo coffee capsule) with dining area and living room, a bathroom with shower, toilet, utility room with washing machine and dryer. In the attic there are two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as a work area. A free private parking lot is also available.
